Good for quick notes

I used the Google Meet Transcriptions for a team meeting last week. It was pretty easy to set up with the Chrome extension. Got the notes quickly, saved me from typing so much.

Streamlined my workflow

I've been using Tactiq for a couple of months now, specifically for Microsoft Teams Transcripts and the Ask AI Chatbot. The initial setup of the Chrome extension was straightforward, and it integrated smoothly with Teams. I love that it doesn't need a bot to join the call, which makes things much simpler for client meetings. The Real-time Transcription is very accurate, even with varying Indian accents, which was a pleasant surprise. Exporting the Transcript to Notion is a lifesaver for organizing my project notes. The Ask AI Chatbot is also quite useful for quickly pulling out specific details from long meetings. My only minor suggestion would be to have slightly more customizable meeting templates.

Decent tool, some room for improvement

I tried out the AI Meeting Summaries feature for a few Zoom calls. It worked alright, got the main points down. The Action Item Extraction came in handy too. The transcription quality was mostly good, but sometimes it mixed up speakers, especially when people talked over each other. Still, it saved a lot of time compared to doing it manually. Delivery was instant since it's software, which is a plus.
